The intake starts digitally by email. QSP may follow up by phone where clarification is useful.

Confirm the scope
QSP confirms the question, target market, documents, expected outcome and fixed price or quotation before the assignment begins.

Receive a documented outcome
You receive the agreed report, findings or project output, including relevant gaps, inconsistencies and practical next steps.
Intake and scope
Start with the information you have
A known route can be started with the relevant offer preselected. If the correct route is unclear, the same process can begin with an uncertain scope.
The free exploratory review is handled digitally and by email, with optional phone follow-up where useful. QSP uses it to identify the most suitable route and the information needed to begin.

The question, selected market, inputs, output, assumptions and boundaries are confirmed before work begins.
The evidence used
Findings are tied to the information, documents, records or other agreed evidence actually reviewed.
Gaps and limitations
Missing, inconsistent or unavailable information and method limitations remain explicit in the outcome.
Practical next steps
Where appropriate, the outcome identifies what still needs to be requested, corrected, verified or separately commissioned.
