Label Check is intended for a straightforward situation: you have an existing label and want it reviewed on its own.
Choose it to identify formal omissions, unclear wording or visible inconsistencies before the label moves forward. Choose Product Check or a broader product assessment when product facts also need to be checked against supporting evidence.

What QSP reviews
QSP reviews the supplied label for one intended target market, focusing on:
- the formal completeness of the information presented;
- required particulars that can be assessed from the label itself;
- wording or presentation issues visible on the supplied version;
- internal inconsistencies within the label;
- information that is missing, unclear or cannot be verified at this level.
The review focuses on the label itself. Product facts such as recipe, ingredient data, nutrition values, claims or product characteristics can be verified through a higher product level with supporting evidence.
What you provide
Please provide:
- one current label or artwork version;
- the intended target market;
- an editable version of the label where available, if you want supported corrections processed directly into the file.
Choose Product Check when one supporting product document also needs to be reviewed.
Evidence-based method
What QSP does
QSP reviews the label within the accepted scope and records visible omissions, inconsistencies and points that cannot be verified.
Where a practical correction is supported by the agreed scope and the information available, QSP may process that correction directly into your supplied editable material. If a required product fact is missing or cannot be established from the label, QSP records the gap instead of inventing or assuming the answer.

A new product version, materially changed information or a different target market may require a new assignment.

Factual verification requires supporting product evidence. Submit one specification or technical document with a Product Check, or use a broader product level when several sources are needed.
Will QSP correct my label?
Where the accepted scope and available information support a correction, QSP can process it into supplied editable material. Missing product facts or full artwork development can be handled through an appropriate follow-up route.
When does the 24-hour turnaround start?
The turnaround starts after QSP has confirmed that the required input is complete.
What is included in the revision?
One follow-up/revision verification is included within the original scope. New information, a materially changed label or a different target market can require a new assignment.
Can I submit several labels?
Yes. Additional labels within the same agreed scope are €29 each. Larger batches are handled by agreement.
